The online therapy covers all gender related issues and consist of a series of interactive sessions between the Gender Consultant and the client who is experiencing dysphoria, distress, concern or simply seeking clarification of gender issues. The therapy consists of regular one hour sessions. These sessions initiate a developmental process which enables a history to be gathered and any dilemma to be understood. Unrealistic ideas, expectations and maladaptive behavior are also identified and discussed. The therapy is not intended as a cure for any ‘gender identity issues', its overall and ultimate goal is enablement and the clients long term contentment, stability and success in everyday life and relationships. At the end of the prescribed and agreed sessions we provide both letters of recommandation for hormones and, if required, SRS plus other relevant information all of which are acceptable worldwide.
